What I Baked: Cake Pops

As you may have read in my previous post, over the weekend to celebrate my mum and aunties birthdays, I decided to test out my new cake pop maker I got for Christmas, and give them a whirl! It's something I've wanted to try making for ages now and they were so quick and easy (seriously, cake in five minutes) I think it might become a regular thing...

My little cake pop machine is just a Tesco one, which comes with 12 molds in, which only take just over a teaspoon to fill with cake mix, close the lid for five minutes, then you're all done! They worked much better than I was expecting, and I decided just to decorate them really simply with some melted chocolate and a mixture of sprinkles, with a little help from my two helpers. Though beware, they really don't last around for long!
